Your Profile

We are looking for a well-rounded and committed aviation professional:

  • EASA CPL or ATPL
  • Valid A320 type rating (rated and experienced candidates only)
  • Approximately 500 hours on Airbus A320 family
  • English proficiency – ICAO Level 5 or higher
  • Additional operational experience (Safety, Training, Compliance, EFB, etc.) is considered a strong advantage

Please note: non-rated or newly rated pilots cannot be considered for this position, as the current team structure requires experienced First Officers.

Mindset & Expectations

This role is suited to pilots who deliberately choose business aviation for its unique environment and standards:

  • A clear motivation to operate in VIP / private aviation, with a strong service mindset
  • Ability and willingness to operate long-haul, intercontinental missions. With an aircraft equipped with 5 ACTs, our operations frequently involve extended range flights requiring high levels of stamina and focus
  • Full understanding that flight hours are limited (approximately 300–400 hours per year per pilot), and that command upgrade is a long-term objective requiring patience and commitment
  • Ability to integrate into a small, high-performing team where attitude, reliability, and interpersonal skills are essential
  • A proactive and supportive approach towards Captains and the overall operation
  • Willingness to contribute beyond flying duties, including assisting with cabin setup and turnaround tasks when required
  • Absolute discretion, professionalism, and confidence when interacting with high-profile passengers
